Born in Tekirdag. After graduating from Marmara University, Department of Business Administration, he completed his first master's degree on film at Rochester Institute of Technology in 2008. He worked at Greencard Pictures in New York for a while. He directed Sephora and Rootsein webisodes. He was the creative assistant of New York University Professor Marilyn Horowitz. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in film at Columbia University.
