A Summer in La Goulette

Three seventeen-year-old girls spend the summer of 1967 on the beach at La Goulette, Tunisia, each hoping to have her first sexual experience before it ends. Gigi is Sicilian and Catholic, Meriem (Sonia Mankaï) is Muslim, and Tina (Ava Cohen-Jonathan) is Jewish. Férid Boughedir sets the girls and their fathers, old friends from three faiths, against the Six-Day War, and lets the cracks in a mixed neighborhood show.
