Animales

Four couples on a sailing trip want to escape their routines and reconnect with each other and themselves. As the boat rocks and the wine flows, old resentments surface, new attractions spark, and everyone's careful versions of themselves start to crack. Alama keeps the camera close and lets the conversations sprawl, finding comedy and dread in the space between what people say and what they actually mean.
