Ricardo Barreda (Luis Machín), a dentist in 1992 Argentina, wants to escape his failing marriage and the weight of his family obligations. One night in their home, he commits an act of irreversible violence against his wife Gladys (Carla Peterson), her mother Elena (Mercedes Morán), and his two daughters. In the aftermath, Barreda presents himself to the world as the victim, and the nation watches a man remake his own story in the mirror.
