Careful

Grigorss (Kyle McCulloch) wants to be a good son in a mountain village where passion is so dangerous that people speak softly and mind every gesture. His mother Zenaida (Małgorzata Dobrowolska) is a widow, and her sons, Grigorss, Johann (Brent Neale), and Klara's household too, live under the same cautious roof. Guy Maddin made it in colour, in the manner of a 1920s expressionist picture, and every feeling a family tries to hold down is a risk to all of them.
