Cast Away

“At the edge of the world, his journey begins.”

A FedEx troubleshooter named Chuck Noland (Tom Hanks) survives a plane crash in the South Pacific and washes ashore on an uninhabited island with nothing but the ocean behind him. He builds shelter, learns to make fire, and speaks to a volleyball painted with a handprint he names Wilson. Four years pass before he fashions a raft and reaches land again, but the person waiting for him has moved on with someone else.
