Cesium Fallout

A radioactive leak spreads through Hong Kong, and Simon Fan (Andy Lau), a former soldier, finds himself caught between the collapsing city and a conspiracy that reaches higher than anyone knows. He moves through the panic with Kit Li (Bai Yu), a younger operative pulled into the same current, each carrying secrets about what happened and why. The cost of survival is not what either of them expected to pay.
