Synopsis

Lt. Fred O'Connor (Harvey Keitel) is a corrupt New York cop who holds a young man named Leo Smith (John Lydon), a confessed killer of police officers, and sets out to make him suffer for it. Leo doesn't break, and he starts asking for more. Roberto Faenza's thriller turns on a question of who is truly in custody, with a punisher and his prisoner each needing the other to keep going.
