Death Before the Wedding

In a Polish dairy farming village, Regina and Mirek Roszkowski prepare for their daughter Maja's wedding to Miłosz, a man whose background sits uneasily with their traditions. A crisis at the family farm forces them all into the same cramped space, where old habits of thinking collide with the reality of who Maja has chosen. What matters more: the life they imagined for her, or the chance to keep her in it at all.
