“Filthy rich landlords get away with murder. It's time they pay for it.”

Synopsis

A man's father is dead, and the landlords responsible are still collecting rent. Charley Roman (Charles Bonet) lives in the same kind of apartment building they squeeze, and Robert Warmflash follows him as he sets out to find the men who did it. With Speedy Leacock (Speedy Leacock) beside him, Charley takes on a hunt that leaves him less and less time for anything else.
