Depeche Mode: M

Depeche Mode took the stage at Foro Sol in Mexico City in 2023, Dave Gahan (Dave Gahan) and Martin Gore (Martin Gore) moving through songs that had already outlived some listeners. Fernando Frías de la Parra weaves the concert with images rooted in Mexican ritual around death. The camera finds Gahan alone in the dark, sweat catching the light, the weight of every song he has already sung pressing forward into the ones still left.
