Małgosia Kubiak (Magdalena Popławska) is a woman suspended between lives, tethered to her past. Twenty years after a brief marriage ended, she and her ex-husband Jacek (Wojciech Mecwaldowski) must navigate the bureaucracy of annulment, which means reliving what they were to each other. As they move through paperwork and memory, they find themselves sitting across from one another again, and neither knows quite how to look away.
