A massive alligator escapes captivity near Lake Jesup in 2003, and the body count climbs faster than anyone can organize a response. Bubba Coggins (Derek Russo) and Angus Sullivan (Jeff Benninghofen) find themselves caught between the creature's hunger and the chaos of local officials scrambling to contain it.
