“Will Justice Win Out Over Evil? Will Courage Overcome Corruption?”

Synopsis

Rick Bode (John De Hart) is a disgraced former cop living in exile, until a murderous satanic cult pulls him back in. The cult is run by his old partner, Huck Finney (Wings Hauser), and Rick has automatic weapons, some martial arts, and a leggy blonde on his side. John De Hart and James Paradise made this in 1993, and if Rick fails, the cult keeps killing.
