Kiss the Blood Off My Hands
“Only Her Arms Could Tame the Fury of His Fists!”
In postwar London, Bill Saunders (Burt Lancaster), a former prisoner of war whose time in captivity has left him unstable and quick to violence, kills a man in a bar fight and runs. He ends up hiding with Jane Wharton (Joan Fontaine), a nurse who believes it was an accident. Norman Foster keeps them in rented rooms and wet streets, where one more slip of his temper would cost them both everything.
