Lake George

In the summer of 1975, Don (Shea Whigham) and Phyllis (Carrie Coon) drive upstate to Lake George with a simple plan: steal from Harout (Max Casella), a local Armenian gangster. What unfolds is a sequence of miscalculations and collisions involving Harout's associates, a motel, and the kind of bad luck that compounds with each decision. Don moves through it all with the glazed focus of a man already half-convinced he has nothing left to lose.
