Maria
Maria Callas (Angelina Jolie), the greatest opera singer of her time, sits alone in her Paris apartment in the final week of her life. Around her move the ghosts of her past: Ferruccio (Pierfrancesco Favino), her accompanist, and Bruna (Alba Rohrwacher), her confidante. Larraín traces the distance between the woman she was on stage and the one she became in the dark, measuring what remained between Maria and the people who loved her.
