Motor City

“Love will drive you mad.”

John Miller (Alan Ritchson), an ex-con in 1970s Detroit, wants revenge on the gangster who framed him and took his girlfriend Sophia (Shailene Woodley). He moves through the city's underworld with almost no words, letting fists and gunfire do the talking. Ponciroli shoots the nights in grainy amber and rust, the violence punctuated by rock and silence.
