“It's my body, it's my kitchen, my kids. It's too much, and yet, it's not enough.”

Synopsis

In 1975, a young working-class couple, Sandrine (Sandrine Battistella) and Pierre (Pierre Oudrey), live in a high-rise apartment block in France with her grandparents, while the wife's infidelity sets the marriage on edge. Jean-Luc Godard shoots it in his Grenoble studio and puts two monitors on screen, sometimes talking about how he found the money to make it.
