On the Road

Veneno (Victor Prieto Simental) wants out of the life he knows, chasing a woman across the desert highways of northern Mexico. He travels with El Muñeco (Osvaldo Sánchez) and other drifters, men bound by circumstance rather than choice, moving through towns that blur into one another. At a roadside motel or gas station, Veneno sits alone in the dark, the neon from outside cutting through the window in thin strips of red and blue.
