Orwell: 2+2=5
In the years since George Orwell died in 1950, his vision of totalitarianism has only grown sharper. Raoul Peck assembles archive footage and Orwell's own voice (Damian Lewis) to trace how the machinery of control he warned against runs through our present. The film watches how two people can look at the same facts and see opposite truths, a gap that widens between them.
