Poppy Wright (Emily Bader) and Alex Nilsen (Tom Blyth) have been best friends since childhood, taking annual vacations together across the country. When Alex stops showing up, Poppy runs into him at a New Year's Eve party and learns he's been avoiding her without explanation. As they retrace their old trips, visiting beaches and small towns they've loved, the distance between them becomes harder to ignore than the feelings they've carried all along.
