“Playful pranks can lead a puppet astray!”

Synopsis

Pinocchio (Todd Porter) joins a puppet show to earn money for a Christmas present for Geppetto (George S. Irving), who is busy getting the house ready for the holiday. The show is run by Maestro Fire-Eater (Alan King), and it is where Pinocchio meets Julietta, a girl puppet he runs off with, leaving Geppetto alone and worried. Jules Bass and Arthur Rankin Jr. tell it with puppets, and Pinocchio is a boy who wanted to give his father a gift.
