“First planes... Now trains!”

Synopsis

Snakes have hatched inside Alma (Julia Ruiz), put there by a Mayan curse, and they are eating her from the inside. She has only hours to reach a shaman across the border, so she boards a train bound for Los Angeles, and the passengers around her do not yet know what she carries. Peter Mervis keeps everything within the train's narrow cars, with nowhere for anyone to run.
