Reverend W.C. Martin (Demetrius Grosse) and his wife Donna (Nika King) want to open their home to children in foster care, believing their small church community can offer what the system cannot. They begin taking in kids with nowhere else to go, each arrival a new face with its own damage and distance. What unfolds tests whether love and persistence can heal the fractured bonds these children carry.
