Sound of Silence

Lawyer Li Qi (Tan Jianci) chases fame and money by taking on a fraud case against a group of deaf individuals, despite growing up in a deaf family himself. He abandons that world to build his career, but the case pulls him back into contact with people who speak the language he tried to leave behind. What he discovers is that the silence he fled from holds more honesty than anything he found in the courtroom.
