The Cut

An Irish boxer (Orlando Bloom) emerges from retirement to chase a championship title, driven by his coach's promise that one more fight could change everything. His path to the ring runs through a brutal weight-cutting regimen that isolates him from his family, while his trainer Boz (John Turturro) pushes him deeper into the ritual. The film traces how the discipline required to punish the body can become indistinguishable from the damage it causes.
