The Green Inferno

Four friends, Pete (Pio Maria Federici), Jemma (May Deseligny), Fred (Marco Merlo) and Mark (Fabrizio Merlo), push into the jungle to find Professor Korenz (Bruno Corazzari), who has gone missing. Instead they run into treasure hunters who are torturing and killing the natives in their path. Antonio Climati, a veteran of Italian documentary-style shockumentaries, keeps the pace moving, and the film was sold abroad as a sequel it never was.
