“Welcome to the infantry.”

After a Navy SEAL's rescue mission goes wrong, Shane Wolfe (Vin Diesel) finds himself reassigned as live-in babysitter to the family of the man who died. The Plummer household is chaos: five kids, a distracted mother in Claire (Lauren Graham), and secrets that put them all in danger. Adam Shankman wraps the action sequences and slapstick in bright, generous light, letting the film breathe as pure entertainment.
