The Wingwalker

Julián (Omar Chaparro) is deported to Mexico just as his daughter is rushed into surgery for a heart transplant he cannot afford to miss. He assembles a crew of desperate men to execute an impossible plan: cross the border during the operation and reach the hospital in time. Alvarez closes on Julián suspended between two countries, one wing of the plane visible beneath him, the desert falling away.
