Tony (Dominic Sessa) is a restless young cook in Provincetown, Massachusetts in the 1980s, chasing transcendence through late nights and the kitchen line. Working under Chef (Antonio Banderas), he tangles with Nancy (Emilia Jones) and Sal (Leo Woodall) in the tight world of restaurant work and small-town desire. Matt Johnson shoots the days in grainy light, watching what Tony stands to lose if he doesn't find his way out or find a reason to stay.
