Jake (Toby Goodger) is a young man who has survived the collapse of the world by scavenging and staying close to his girlfriend, keeping her alive with medicine he cannot replace. When a violent tribe murders his father (Duncan Lacroix) and steals the medication she depends on, Jake has no choice but to hunt them down. Without that medicine, she dies.
