Four friends arrive at an underground game show, greeted by a skeletal host in a suit (Jackie Earle Haley) who speaks in riddles and smiles without warmth. Anita (Ella-Rae Smith), James (Jamie Flatters), and the others must solve puzzles while he watches, deciding who moves forward and who does not. D.W. Medoff traps them in rooms that grow smaller, tightening the screws until escape or death becomes the only way out.
