Edward Montagne was an American film and television director and producer known for his work in comedy. Born in New York City, he began his career in the 1940s, directing and producing numerous television series and films. Montagne is best remembered for producing and directing the classic television series The Phil Silvers Show (1955–1959) and McHale's Navy (1962–1966).
