On screen, he is best known for his recurring roles as Sewage Joe in Parks and Recreation, Kenny Boy in Reservation Dogs, and Pat McCurdy in Jury Duty. He has also appeared in numerous films including Wyatt Earp (1994), The Postman (1997), The Patriot (2000), and Forgetting Sarah Marshall (2008).
