He was born in Cairo in 1991, and graduated from the Faculty of Arts, History Department, Cairo University, at the same time he studied cinema independently. Mansour honed his filmmaking skills by participating in numerous esteemed film labs and markets, where he had the opportunity to connect with influential filmmakers and mentors which enhanced his artistic vision and overall growth.
