Tito Catacora (born 1974) is a Peruvian director, screenwriter, and film producer based in Southern Peru. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Education, and a Master's degree in Intercultural Education, and has completed Doctoral studies in Education at the National University of the Altiplano in Puno. In 2021, he made the documentary feature film Pakucha, which was awarded at national and international film festivals.
